We are growing our sales team, and are looking for hungry, tech-savvy and engaging sales people to help us bring AI to the advertising world! The ideal candidate for the Sales Development Rep will have at least 1-2 years experience in new business sales. They will have experience in cold calling/emailing new client prospects to schedule face-to-face (or virtual) meetings for the AiAdvertising Sales Directors. They will spend most of their time working with the SVP of Global Sales and the Sales Directors to help open doors to new accounts and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a hunter mentality and has the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within the right businesses and companies that fit AiAdvertising’s offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for sales directors
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve/exceed monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a “can do” attitude
  • Assertive, aggressive, and persistent personality
  • Willing to make upwards of 200 outbound emails a day to secure client meetings
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
